EuFBA - Statutes workshop
Wednesday 27th of November in Brussels
The first critical step in establishing an association is drafting the statutes. These statutes serve as the fundamental legal document that outlines the association’s purpose, governance, and operational framework. To ensure that the statutes are comprehensive and reflective of the interests of all stakeholders, it is crucial to gather diverse perspectives during this process. In this workshop, the main objective is to gather feedback from private companies andkey stakeholders regarding the essential elements that should be included in thestatutes.
This collaborative approach ensures that the final document addresses theneeds and concerns of those who will be directly impacted by the association’sactivities. While not every topic discussed may be immediately necessary for the definition ofthe statutes, obtaining an initial understanding of the general opinion on thesematters is important in this phase. The feedback collected during this phase will guidethe drafting of the statutes and ensure that they are aligned with the collective visionof the association’s future.
